The FCA US LLC UAW Savings Plan (401k)

Prior to 2015, the FCA US LLC UAW Savings Plan (401K) was a non-negotiated plan. For the first time ever, the combined Salaried and Bargaining Unit Employees (401k) Savings Plan are now a negotiated plan.

Because of the 2015 negotiations, it was successfully negotiated in providing relief to members who have not been able to get a loan under the plan, because they have defaulted on a previous loan.

Members are eligible for up to six (6) outstanding loans at any time under the terms of the loan provision of the 401k plan.

2019 (401k) Contribution Limits

The 2019 (401k) contribution limits are up an additional $500, further expanding the opportunity towards retirement savings.

Eligible participants can contribute up to $19,000 in 2019. Participants who are age 50 or over can make an additional contribution of up to $6,000 in 2019.
