As a result of your continuous hard work, dedication and sacrifices and in accordance with the 2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement, all eligible salary employees at maximum rate as of December 31, 2020, will receive a 3% Performance Bonus Payment, based on your qualified earnings from September 7, 2020, through September 5, 2021, on Friday, September 17, 2021.
Additionally, in accordance with the 2019 National Agreement, all eligible hourly employees not in progression will receive a Performance Bonus Payment equivalent to 4% of qualified earnings from September 7, 2020, through September 5, 2021, on Friday, September 17, 2021.
Again, all of you deserve the negotiated contractual gains being delivered from 2019 National Bargaining.
